As we approach the start of August I?m ready to get back in the swing of things with a vengeance here at Arsenal America. This week you?re going to find more editorials by me, some new features being introduced and some of your old favorites brought out of the mothballs. Hopefully some of you will start to bring some things to the table as well, I?d love to see some strong editorial comments from the members.
There really is a lot to talk about and I think there are divided opinions over how things have gone these last eight weeks or so. Have we taken a step forward, two steps back or...

This isn’t really news, but it is something i found a little interesting. While I was on cbssportsline.com just looking at today’s sports news, I look at the main banner at the top and it is no other than a huge link to Arsenal.com.

In answer to the overwhelming demand, I’ve started up an Arsenal America Fantasy League. Here are the details:
I just set up a league called Arsenal America at http://fantasy.premierleague.com/
Here’s the code needed to join this league:

It’s free and looks pretty easy (those were my criteria.)
Let me know if you have any problems joining the league, there is a link to the league page to your left (ArseAm 2003-04 Fantasy Football).

Anybody else going to the Coliseum on Sunday to support Club America against the gloryhunting northern scum? I’m trying to get my tongue around, One Cautehmoc Blanco! There’s only one Cautehmoc Blanco!
I’ll be on the London double decker bus leaving the Fox & Hounds pub in Studio City to go to the match. I’ll be wearing my Dreamcast shirt btw. Hopefully, Gary (the owner) might take the massive Arsenal flag that the club donated to him when they came out here with the FA Cup and Premiership trophy in March along as well.
To all the Gooners who going...

ManUre, as many of you know, will be playing at Giants Stadium next week on Thursday so they are practicing at Rutgers Stadium on Weds. Anybody going on to heckle them a little? It would probabaly be worth the money of a ticket to go boo them.
