Yeah.
So, we now sit in third in the group. A win against Dinamo Kyiv would lift us to second. All is not lost. Yet.

This comes from Grahame Curtis, head of the NYC Arsenal Supporters. He’s fired up about a somewhat misguided article written in a local NYC sports paper. More fuel for the “the media are anti-Arsenal” faction. Indeed, the offending article is inflammatory as the author makes a blanket accusation towards Arsenal fans which I find to be completely untrue. I would recommend sending a letter to the editor. Judge for yourself…
Hi All,
The New York Sports Express, a sporting rag in this city, posted the following insulting article to their web site and published...

In Monday?s London Evening Standard Wenger is quoted as saying his loan policy will not affect our Champions League chances.
However, Tuesday we are without Campbell, Vieira, Freddie and Dennis. Keown faces a late fitness test on his shin.
He is taking David Bentley, Aliadiere and Tavladaridis to Moscow.
He can recall any player not on a season long loan at any time. Talk is that Moritz Volz, who is doing well at Fulham, will be called back at 24 hours notice if Lauren gets a lengthy ban.
Also eight premiership players are accused of raping a 17-year old girl at the...

I was watching the LIVE PPV game Saturday morning between Leicester and the manure scum, when the PA announcer informed the attendance at the game was 32,000, the northern gloryhunting scum fans goaded the home crowd with…..YOU ONLY COME TO SEE UNITED to the tune of “ONE TEAM IN LONDON”. I killed myself laughing when the Leicester fans taunted the bastards back with….WE SUPPORT OUR LOCAL TEAM to the tune of ‘WE’LL SUPPORT YOU EVER MORE’. That really put the Manc….or should I say London firm in their place:)lol……….NICE ONE LEICESTER!;)
The Arsenal I grew up with were not the most flamboyant team in the League. They certainly never played the best football but they did compete for every game they played in. The Arsenal of old treated every game as if survival depended on the result. They won games they shouldn’t have and they never gave up trying during a game. The Arsenal of the present era can at times play mesmerizing football that literally takes your breath away. When the team clicks and works as a single unit the style of football is reminiscent of the total football of the fantastic 1970’s Dutch teams.
A tremendous effort by the Arsenal tonight. They came out strong and went toe to toe with a desperate Newcastle who HAD to get points. We lost our captain early, then saw more players get injured and Newcastle come back hard. Ended the game with Ljungberg unable to contribute through injury but still on the pitch. Keown and Cole also got banged up.
And yet we managed to find some way to gut it out. An absolutely crucial performance. Well done boys. A remarkably clean game as well. Played like the champions we are tonight. Henry with a brace and Gilberto grabs one in between.
Good news, the game is on FOX Sports Live today (2pm Eastern). It will also been on tonight at 8pm for those of us with a J-O-B.
DB10 is out, as is Woodgate for the Bar Codes.
We’ll certainly see a new lineup today. Perhaps…
Henry/Wiltord
Pires/Gilberto/Vieira/Freddie
Ash/Keown/Kolo/Lauren
Arsenal.com says Sol is unlikely to return. I wouldn’t be opposed to seeing Edu, Ray or Aliadiere in this one.
Two first half goals would end this one I believe. Newcastle could be tricky if we left them have a chance. They whipped some Eurotrash...

Gang, it’s time we faced the truth and accept the facts. The media have told us time and again that the new stadium will never… I’m sorry, what’s that? Oh, you say the funding IS coming through? Here’s what Football Unlimited says about the funding.
A new ally, and a new villain, make their debuts, as G. Rex fights the never-ending battle for Truth, Justice, and the ArsenalAmeica Way!
It was a Wednesday, as I recall. I had a colleague over, and had sent out for lunch. Yeah, you guessed it – pizza. Half pepperoni, half partially decomposed marsh grasses.
I won’t make you read the introduction about “TW3″ again, and get right down to business..
You had a feeling this was coming in the wake of the chaos at the end of the match Sunday. Sky Sports which broadcast the match (and curiously enough, owns 10% Manchester United FC) led the way, comdemning Arsenal to man-particularly its manager as if Arsene Wenger perhaps instructs his players to behave this way - re-playing each unsavory incident(provided the incident didn’t involve a Manchester United player behaving less-than-properly)and neglecting to reflect on the...
