I was watching the LIVE PPV game Saturday morning between Leicester and the manure scum, when the PA announcer informed the attendance at the game was 32,000, the northern gloryhunting scum fans goaded the home crowd with…..YOU ONLY COME TO SEE UNITED to the tune of “ONE TEAM IN LONDON”. I killed myself laughing when the Leicester fans taunted the bastards back with….WE SUPPORT OUR LOCAL TEAM to the tune of ‘WE’LL SUPPORT YOU EVER MORE’. That really put the Manc….or should I say London firm in their place:)lol……….NICE ONE LEICESTER!;)

A game well Handled.
The Arsenal I grew up with were not the most flamboyant team in the League. They certainly never played the best football but they did compete for every game they played in. The Arsenal of old treated every game as if survival depended on the result. They won games they shouldn’t have and they never gave up trying during a game. The Arsenal of the present era can at times play mesmerizing football that literally takes your breath away. When the team clicks and works as a single unit the style of football is reminiscent of the total football of the fantastic 1970′s Dutch teams.
Arsenal 3 -2 Newcastle
A tremendous effort by the Arsenal tonight. They came out strong and went toe to toe with a desperate Newcastle who HAD to get points. We lost our captain early, then saw more players get injured and Newcastle come back hard. Ended the game with Ljungberg unable to contribute through injury but still on the pitch. Keown and Cole also got banged up.
And yet we managed to find some way to gut it out. An absolutely crucial performance. Well done boys. A remarkably clean game as well. Played like the champions we are tonight. Henry with a brace and Gilberto grabs one in between.
