An early goal from Edu was cancelled out by a first-half Crespo strike. Arsenal grab all three points when Henry bangs home the winner in the 75th thanks to a rare gaffe from Cudicini.

Arsenal beat Newcastle, Liverpool and Chelsea and draw, at Old Trafford, with Man United. Excellent.

I was very critical of the Arsenal about a month ago and figured we would get six, rather than 10 out of 12 points. Could on ya’ Gunners.

This is going to be absolutely kick ass. The flag, white with a red cross (St. George’s style) will say “Arsenal America” in white letters across the red horizontal stripe. In the upper left quadrant will be the U.S. flag. Lower right quadrant will be the Canadian flag. Lower left will be the old-style cannon, upper right will be the new-style cannon. These will all be sewn on, no cheap silk screening. The flag will be 10 feet wide, five feet high.

Of course, this flag doesn’t happen without all of you. The donations were tremendous. This flag truly belongs to...

Russian Billionaire Abramovich has spent so much money that the club has decided to change the name to the Chelsea REDS! Of course I jest but one has to be impressed and amazed at what he has done for Chelsea and to English football. For example: Wayne Rooney is on his way to Chelsea for 35 million pounds. Normally I would laugh at such rubbish but now I read the entire article to see if it may be true. Abramovich’s money has changed Chelsea into the premierships “best” team and the Gunners now face a 1 vs 2 battle at Highbury.

Recently, I had a chance to speak with Jon Spurling, author of ?Rebels For The Cause ? The Alternative History Of Arsenal Football Club?. For the many of us who are relatively new to Arsenal, this is a terrific book that provides a fascinating insight into the history of the club and how we are perceived by others (opposing fans, the FA, the media, etc).

Jon does a terrific job of balancing his obvious affection for Arsenal with not being afraid to uncover some of the more seemly aspects of our...

A tourist is in North London one Saturday and he decides he would very much like to go to a football match, so he asks a man in the street if there are any local matches being played that afternoon.

“Well,” replies the man, “the Arsenal ground is very close but they’re playing away today. If you feel you really must see a match, the Tottenham ground is not that far away. You go straight down this road and you’ll see two queues, a big queue and a small queue.

You should go to the small queue because the big one is for the fish and chip shop.

Rio Ferdinand failed to attend a routine drug test and has now been left out of the England Euro 2004 qualifier in Turkey. There are reports that some England players have threatened to go home if Rio is not reinstated. What?s it got to do with Arsenal? Nothing at this stage.

Rio has not been found guilty of taking enhancement performing drugs, he failed to turn up for a random test because his mind was on moving house.
