The reserves whooped up on Wolves to advance to the quarterfinals of the Carling Cup. Jeremie Aliadiere had 2, with Kanu, Sylvain Wiltord, and CESC~! becoming Arsenal’s youngest ever goalscorer tonight to round out the hammering.
Tonight’s match was also significant since Patrick Vieira returned to the pitch for the first time since the Newcastle game, and played the full 90.

Very impressive…
the youngsters got ALOT of playing time against a premiership team…. and they obviously played
extremely well… got the win… and are in line
for another showing in the next round of the Carling Cup… all big positives…
not to mention that some guy named “VIERA”
played… and dominated …
huge positives ALL AROUND…
