Reported in all papers that Fergie is to be investigated about financial wrong-doings over the signing of Tim Howard.
It’s not a good time for Fergie. He is taking ManUre’s largest shareholder to court over a racehorse and his son, who acts as a players agent is also to be investigated.
Happy days.
Also, a point of some interest, the last team to score a penalty at Old Trafford was Norwich City in 1993!

What piss me off was when Peter Schmeichel brought Ian wright down for a penatly but nothing was done.. OK, Then came Izzet 2 seasons ago against Barthez but rule out and still counting ?
This inquiry into Howard’s dodge saga came up almost 3 months ago and very surprise the Sunday Times of all papers is coming out with the facts.Shareholders are fighting for the control of United PLC and waiting to see what happen in court.
And back to the Gunners, As always Arsenal do things in secret but someone always tip the media about the deals going on.
I dont thinks BarnetFCGunners said Mr Wenger is not up to his job but a striker is coming as soon as possible. He also mentioned about the 3 kids which he said are very good but others get very wet up about this issues.
Angel was a summer target since Kanu and Wiltord will be leaving but due to the shortage of strikers they need to sign him up now or recall Feddy but that was not possible. I heard Villa are now asking for 20 million pounds for him.
Wait and see as we all trust Mr Wenger

Nothing will come out of this investigation. I guess the shareholders are just kicking each other but wait and see who comes on top.
Hey is all cool when others just get wet up and jump the gun without reading but all good.
I cant remember saying Le Boss was not up to the job unless someone can prove it.
I said it and stand by my words that we need a striker and at the same time mention the 3 kids.
I have watch these guys more than 4 times and said they are very good but have not given the chance.
True Arsenal always do deals in secret and we all knows not every story in the papers are true but turn out to have legs at times. Every club in the land works with them but will deny it until the deal is sorted. 90% of stories are always proved to be true.
So is all good for others to misread what I wrote but we have all sort of fan here and happy to be part of it.

90%? I certainly don’t hope you mean 90% of the stories regarding dead cert transfers during the silly seasons. Yes that was plural as thanks to FIFA there are now two silley seasons a year although one is slightly sillier than the other.
I can’t remember the last time I last read a story/rumour about a transfer to Arsenal and it actually came true. The Boss is extremely good at keeping everyone in the dark about these things.
Maybe we’ll buy another striker, or player for that matter, maybe not but my guess is none of us will know until the deal is final and there are pictures of him standing at THOF with his new shirt.

Thanks someone think about the future and not the past. In case Henry is out for 2 weeks or more who stands in for him.. He cant play each game for the rest of the season and le Boss even said so. Kanu off to Nation Cup.. Wiltord, Dennis and Ali all on the injury table. So with common sense I know Arsenal are looking but the club always deny it.
Yes 90% of the stories in the media have legs. In somes cases the 2 parties cant work things out or one party pulls out of the deal.
The mail on Sunday were the first to link Le Boss to Arsenal. But then the club deny it. Then Captain Pat was signed after a hint in the same paper.
The mail came out with Henry.
Pires/ Gilberto were the express group. The star and the Express..
Jeffers was the sun so is Campbell… Lehmann was the Times..
Now we are know about Angel deal with Arsenal. Both parties are working on it but times will tell if is going to be a good deal or dead one.
There are lots of these stories. So they do have legs at times and from my own experience clubs try to keep these things secret..
