As Webmaster Andrew mentioned earlier this week, we’ve seen a massive increase in traffic since signing up with newsnow.co.uk. What kind of increase? Well, we’ve gone from 600 visits a day being good to 6000 visits a day. We’ve gone from a story getting 30 reads to stories getting 800 reads. We’ve gone from getting about two new members every three days to getting about 10 new members every day.
Earlier today we hit member number 500 (Welcome aboard, DB-10!). I think we’ve all noticed the increase in comments and posts from members. I want to say welcome to our new members and thank you to all for taking a more active role in this site.

Some of us taking a more active role have been around for a while!

Not to toot my own horn, but I think I was the one who said Newsnow would make us bigger and better.
Unless it was already in the works before I reccomended it?

That’s awesome. 500 members and look at all the people reading the posts. Hopefully there’s enough power to support it.
Love reading the posts and hope they keep on going. Seasons going great with much to be happy about.

I must have been about the 455th or something since I signed up late last week. Anyway, glad to be here. I am a new Gooner since my roommate moved in who has been a lifelong Man U fan. I thought I should make it more interesting by picking a good club. I first noticed Arsenal last August while I was in the UK. I picked up an issue of Four Four Two for my friend and read an article about Dido and how she was an Arsenal fan. Besides, having been in the Army, the name was definately the best fit. Good thing Arsenal just happens to be the best club!
