Apparently, the club recently met with a focus group of supporters to discuss a variety of issues, including the move to Ashburton Grove, and the introduction of a new club membership scheme for all fans. Check it out here…

Maybe the club is thinking of these things, maybe not. My being American and by default a capitalist have some revenue or goodwill generating ideas.
1. Have a interacte area like they do at the Super Bowl where a kid can kick a ball against a screen of Lehman in goal and try to score. Like they do with field goals at teh Super Bowl.
2. Have a McDonalds or whoever do the concessions and charge them and/or get a cut of the revenue. At the Staples Center in LA, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, etc. all have concession stands and the arena is making a mint off them.
3. Just like in baseball, have a glove day, etc. for kids under 12. These kids don’t get to the games by themselves. Dad has to take them. You get future gooners and upsell other things like kit sales, etc.
4. Produce video compilations and have the past stars such as Wright and Seaman have autograph signing sessions a couple hours before the match.
