Our new 7 million pound plus striker signing has been cleared to go straight into the team after a one-match suspension incurred at Sevilla was not transferred. I am very happy man. Saw pictures of him at training and ?Monkey Head? teaching him how to stay on this feet. Can he be the next Ian Wright with no.9 shirt on?
Like most people, I have seen a little of what this kid can do. His qualities suit the way that we play, because he has great pace and technical quality - and he is mobile. I don’t think there is any gamble in spending such big money on him but the only risk is how quickly he settles in.
And here is my pick for Sunday.
Lehmann
Toure, Cygan, Campbell, Cole
Ljunberg, Vieira, Edu Pires
Bergkamp, Henry
Subs Stack, Keown, Parlour, Bentley, Reyes.

Nice Volley!! I have to agree with on having Razor in the starting 11. He’s still got the grit some of the younger players lack in the middle.
Would have to say the writing is on the wall for Jeffers, being Reyes just got his shirt. Hopefully Everton will want to buy him out right at the end of the season. If not he could be a tough one to get rid of. Cheers.

Obviously you haven’t been reading Arsenal.com, Soccernet or any other site that contains team news as you would have noted that as well as Vieira being suspended, we will also be without Freddie who has a rib injury and Cygan who has an ankle injury. With that in mind expect the starting XI to read thus……..
Lehmann
Lauren
Toure
Campbell
Cole
Parlour
Gilberto
Edu
Pires
Henry
Bergkamp
Subs:
Stack
Keown
Reyes
Bentley
Clichy
