Don’t make Henry angry… Thank you Nevada Smiths

I will be heading to Highbury for my first time in mid April. I am looking to buy tickets to the Arsenal - dirty leeds match on the 17th. I do not mind paying a bit through one of the online ticket agencies but do not wish to get ripped off. The going rate for East/West end seats seems to be around 300USD. Does anyone know of a reputable site for the exchange? Also, do they ship to USA or do I have to pick em up in the UK?

dont go to an agency because they’ll rip you off more than the touts, they just pretend to be legal whereas in fact they’re just dealing to hotels where people ask the concierge for tickets and the hotels and agencies go halves on the huge profit they make
i should know, i used to work for one of those london ticket agencies
your best bet is just to go down and talk to a tout
you’ll def get some tickets and they’ll be nowhere near 300 bucks, id say between 60 and 80 pounds each for a leeds game at this time of the season
i gota go now but if u want ill give u some more info later
gota go play some footy with my yankee friends in seattle

There are various ways to get tickets for the Arsenal matches. 300USD for a ticket is ridiculous!
Go to Highbury the day before the match, the day of the match… etc etc. I am sure there are a number of people on this site that can offer suggestions. I personally would not go the route you mentioned and pay that amount. I have never gone to Highbury/London and missed a match! I have paid alot of money for a Arsenal v. Man U. match, but thats about it. You can get tickets at local bars… there are various ways.

    Don’t do it!
You can pick up a ticket outside the ground for way less - about $100 … get down there 2 hours before kick off and then you will have time to shop around and haggle a bit - expect to pay approx double face value - so from ?50 > ?100 max

I’m also planning to go to the Leeds game. I’ve bought tickets from one of the online agencies before and paid about a 100 pound. This time though I’m going to try pick one up outside the ground.

I just noticed on Arsenal.com that this game has been moved to the Friday night, 16th April.

My flight arrives Friday morning so this changes things abit for me. I do not suppose there is a carpark near Highbury? Does this change the prospect of obtaining a ticket any?
