I had to go to the Arsenal website because I simply couldn’t believe that we could be handed such a hateful schedule! I can’t remember any club ever being faced with such a punishing run in?
The press sing our praises and build us up to a point where Mel Gibson is thinking about coming to London to make a sequel called ‘Passion of the Gunners’! Then the powers that be, from fifa down, conspire to put together a schedule that even the Marquis De Sade would blush at.

As you can perhaps imagine, with over 800 members and a fixture schedule busier than Paris Hilton’s party schedule, there is just too much.
I’ll make this more official during the summer, but I’m trying to limit the posts here to original content. By that I mean original comments/editorials from myself and members. You’re going to see less “news stories” here on the main page. There are several reasons for this:
1. Much of this can be found all over the web and on our bigsoccer message board much sooner than it appears here.
2. I recognize that just about everyone surfs the net and uses several sources for information.
3. We have so many members with intelligent things to say, I want them to have more opportunities for their efforts to remain on the main page.

Is anyone out there from, or familiar with, Charleston, South Carolina’s viewing options for upcoming Arsenal games. I went to the Pub Guide section in this web site and drew a blank.
If anyone knows of places in Charleston please get in touch asap.
