Arsenal 5 - 0 Leeds Breaking News!!!!!!
Apr 17

After celebrating the annihilation of Leeds yesterday, I just want to wish every U.S based Gooner on here a very HAPPY SCUM DAY 43 for Saturday:)

For those of you who don’t know SCUM DAY is the annual celebration that all Arsenal fans commemerate on April 17th every year as it was on that date in 1961 when those poor wannabes from N17 last won the league championship.

Let’s hope this weekend we’ll be rejoicing not only in our 5-0 rout over Leeds and SCUM DAY 43, but also that Chelsea and Manure slip up against Everton and Portsmouth respectively, so that we can win the title at WHL next Sunday…just like we did in 1971! That will make up big time for getting knocked out of the FA Cup and Champions League in the space of four days at the beginning of this month.

HAPPY SCUM DAY 43 to you all:)

The only team to win the league at OT, Pool and with WHL to come. The best by far

If Arsenal win at Spurs and Chelsea fail to beat Newcastle, we will be crowned champions.

  9. kelvin Says:

Can’t get you to WHL but you are more than welcome to join us at Highbury to watch the game on TV.

When we beat ManUre in ‘02 within 30 minutes of the game ending 100,000 people were on the streets.

And if we do it at WHL we’d have won the league there more times than they have.

  10. love_Gunners Says:

We will still be crowned CHAMPS so far as we beat Spurs even if chelsea win on Sunday. Chelsea played 34 games and 11 points behind us.

    Geeee…

I think that maybe the Arsenal aren’t so bad after all… the logjam of fixtures that helped to knock us out of the FA Cup and CL in 4 days… is taking its toll on BOTH United and Chelsea…
Chelsea can’t seem to win a match at this point, and United are pretty close behind.

It just illustrates HOW FANTASTIC our team actually is, when you look at our UNDEFEATED RECORD in the league… and how everyone else in the league is not even close.

2 games… both close, hard fought … 1 goal defeats, one in the last 5 minutes v. Chelsea… are the only real blemishes in a LONG LONG time. What might have been if lady luck had bounced our way in either or both matches.

    Nothing but great news today…

My dreams come true - To win the league at WHL. Yes we have done it where it really counts at Manchester and Liverpool AND NOW with WHL to come.

Highbury is open for business on Sunday. There is no need to go to the shit hole on Sunday. Let be honest the last place any decent fan wants to watch a game.

To win the league is Fuc@@@ Great but to win it at Whites Shit Lazy is more than words can say.

Boys the Whole of North London and Arsenal World are proud of you. Now let sit back and wait for Sunday.

  13. Afrikan-Gooner Says:

Actually 9 pts. we at 81, they at 72. If we win @ Spurs, we get 84 pts, and with 4 games left for Chelsea they could get a max. of 84, so anything thing less than a win in any one of the games hands us the title.

Rick, and the Web Master thanks for a good year ?Season? but for the rest of the week before we play the spuds can we have a Totts punching bag. Maybe the face of DP or name it Super Sol for the title.

The best comment so far by a Spurs fan today on Radio :-

? If results stay as they are then we still stay 6 points above Leeds. As I have said before, 17th will be a good finish this season. I?d put good money on us ending here.

    And finally is coming home.

Wow is not even Sunday yet and people on the radio start talking about Crowd trouble if we win the league at WHL. Here we come you shameful Spuds. I really hope you go down as well. You can?t hide or run so don?t turn up on Sunday as simple as that. We can?t stand the Totts crying on tele. The kids will be watching and the old folks will be having lunch so don?t put them off with your PASSIONLESS and PATHETIC faces.

Fancy a move to Milton Keynes to save London from further embarrassment. Join the crazy dons. ?Sorry Love Gunners? but it has to be said.

I have a feeling we will win the league even before kick off on sunday. Chelsea will help us out here.
