Apparently, the Arsenal are going to be getting a “Special” Trophy to commemorate the amazing undefeated season. In looking back, I’d have to say they deserve it. They deserve something, because this season was the most amazing sports season I have seen in any sport by one team.

WOW! What a wonderful season and I can’t believe how fast it flew by. Now I want a Year-in-Review DVD copy and a Champions T-Shirt. Where can I find them? Also why on Earth has no one from Arsenal America contacted Arsenal FC to put in requests for many of their DVDs to be made for North American DVD players??? Arsenal is THE hottest club in the world. Arsenal FC should really capitalize on this season’s great success. I would also love DVDs of the 98 and 02 seasons…where could I find them? I’m willing to pay for shipping, labor, a burned copy if need be.

A lot of cheering, celebrating, and no doubt drinking today. But at some point we should all take a long, sober look at teh 2003-04 Arsenal FC and reflect on their accomplishment.
Thirty-eight games without defeat.
That’s truly remarkable. Never once did this team take a day off. Never once did they have a truly awful performance. It should also be noted that never once did they suffer at the often cruel hands of fate.

Na Na Na Na Hey Hey Hey, Goodbye! For all you Americans, this little chorus should be familiar. For any of our international audience, this is the chorus of a popular song from the 50’s or 60’s that is sung by crowds as it becomes obvious that the other team is a goner. The Foxes are goners. They know their fate and its Division One, yet again. A club that seemed to try hard in the summer with transfers but just could never mount a real assault.
