Just a note to those on the waiting list for tickets and season ticket membership that the deadline for joining the new membership scheme (and paying your ? to Arsenal) is fast approaching. They have to be received by July 2, 2004, so those of you in the states might want to hurry down to the Post Office ASAP.

Beckham, Shut Your Piehole
I don’t particularly have anything against David Beckham. I bet he’s a nice enough bloke who unfortunately married a talentless, money-grubbing harpy.
I don’t particularly care about the England national team, I’m a Dutch fan (hup Holland!). But two articles appeared over the weekend that kind of rubbed me the wrong way. First, Becks says, “I didn’t get proper fitness training in Spain.” Then it’s, “the media scrutiny really makes it hard on me.”
