I don’t believe it is necessary to discuss the finer points of Sheffield United. I gave all I knew in the first match; not expecting a replay. So, instead of reprinting what has already been said ,I hope everyone will jump in and give an opinion on what needs to be done. The FA Cup appears to be our season and this match becomes so very important.
Manchester United had a scare at Old Trafford when they were visited by Exeter. In the replay they took care of business winning 2-0, not pretty but still winning. At the weekend they were nearing the end of time with a 1-1 scoreline with...

I have watched Stuart Taylor almost every game when he played, surely can’t recall there were so many mistakes he had made like some have suggested. Taylor played 1/3 of our 2002 double winning campaign, with Seaman troubled by injury all season, and Richard Wright hardly impressed, if Taylor was that crap, we wouldn’t be able to win the double.
When someone wants to pick on a ‘keeper’s mistakes, it’s easy, ‘cos EVERY keeper made mistakes, even Schmeichel and Seaman.

Holy cow, too many posts to sift through. I’ll kick off a new batch with the following thoughts:
Wenger: A bit hasty to call for his ousting. I love how all of us complain about his lack of moves in the transfer market. Right, becuase if YOU were the manager you would have just called up another team, asked if you could have their international defender, written a check and it’s just that easy. Um, no.
Robin v. Persie: Dumb move kid. But in the first half he at least gave it a go. Got the ball and tried to put a shot on goal. That’s what was needed and too few...

Well the answer to that question is yes. I have noticed that in the past 4 years and at present Henry hasn’t been substituted unless for injury worries and so forth and i am sure that a lot of you will agree that it is not fair.

I agree with much that has been said in the past few posts. Heck, we should have it figured out by now what’s going wrong with our club. The rest of the world seems to have, as well. Sure, injuries have consistently robbed us of cohesion and strength. But there are articles popping up here and everywhere that pretty much say the same thing: big game flops, prone to exasperation and fragility, much of it caused by a confidence-killing lack of defensive acumen which points directly to our lack of consistent leadership and the tactical and personnel decisions (or indecisions) of our manager....

Very good story at The Times Online by Tony Cascarino.
Basically he calls Patrick Vieira, and most of the Arsenal players out. Now this isn’t some blowhard journo, this is a former player. He doesn’t go over the top, but he lays it out there.
He echoes the sentiments many, including myself, have been asking for a little while now. Is Patrick a good captain? No. Does Arsenal have a true leader a la Tony Adams? No. At times does the club seem more interested in winning...

[Ed. note. Ask and ye shall receive. Andez is back with a vengence...]
I watched the Bayern tie, came back with one big “D” - Disappointment.
And the disappointment is the result of another two big “Ds”, or rather lack of - DEFENCE and DESIRE.

So we get picked up in the limo at 5.45 and dropped off at Luton airport 30 mins later. Check-in and head straight to the bar. Nothing beats a pint of John Smith?s for breakfast. We take it easy, only two pints before getting on the plane.
But hold on, Munich airport has been closed due to the snow. We are going to be delayed a minimum of two hours. Not sure if we?re gonna take off at all.

There are few things as thrilling, as exciting, as downright sexy as sliding into a Ferrari and opening her up on the highway. It truly is a beautiful site. The sleek lines, the breathtaking speed, the finely-tuned power. When that baby is humming, look out!
Unfortunately, sometimes there are rocks in the road and you have to downshift real fast. But the machine is so finely tuned that it can break down pretty easily when it?s not running at full speed.
Hummer are powerful vehicles. Not the prettiest, but they do have a certain cool factor. They?re tough on the gas mileage too....
