Hello all you guys from across the pond.
Today (31st) is the 4th anniversary of the sad passing of David Rocastle, a legend at our club who died at the early age of 33, and one who, somewhat rarely these days, is still universally loved by fans of all football clubs the length and breadth of britain.
To my knowledge, David never received a testimonial, and I for one would love nothing more than to be able to pay my respects to a player i grew up watching and being enthralled by.
A petition has been started up, with the aim of getting david a posthumous testimonial. I signed and was number 2169.

when i read some of the comments on the petition site, i was quite touched to see so many fans of other clubs speaking so highly of Rocky. May he rest in peace.
