My my…..this site’s banner is certainly making its way around Austria this week. After spotting it behind Justin Hoyte in one of the pix from the Weiz game on Arsenal.com last week, I then saw it on the highlights of the Ritzing game that the Fox Sports World Report showed last night. It was near the corner flag at the right hand corner of the pitch. Wonder where it will be for Tuesday’s game against FC Utrecht?

I’m a little confused here…has it been stolen? Or is it being Fed-Ex’d worldwide. If so, the coordination of such a thing rivals anything our CIA has done recently. When do you think we’ll see it behind Bin Laden in a video?

Well, I was hesitating to tell everyone this, but a few weeks ago I got held up at cushy pillow point by a big green dinosaur. He wanted the banner. Next thing I know, I see it on ArsenalTV!
In all seriousness, Bob Hobbs from Canada contacted me about bringing the banner on his travels to Austria. Good thing, too, as it’s getting a lot of screen time, and just about every player has signed it. Arsene signed it twice!

Had me there for a sec, tho. I’ve been on the other end of a cushy pillow and nearly got padded and smushed. Luckily I escaped with nothing worse than a case of severe bed-head and a couple of rug burns.

We were praying for a corner there for a special showing but never got one. Hopefully someone?s taken a screenshot for those of us unable to watch on webtv as we have to actually be at the match.:-)
