The question: What does a manic-depressive (recently diagnosed after a half week that saw a win at Real Madrid followed by a loss at Blackburn) Arsenal fan do on a rainy day?
Try to conjure up hypothetical results for the rest of the EPL season of course.
The easy part of such an endeavor is eliminating the teams that the Gunners do not have to worry about. Looking at the current table, my guess is the clubs from Man City to the bottom should not be a danger to Arsenal?s chances to play Champions League football next year.
Of course, Man City may be the most dangerous...

Frustration and disappointment. And that?s just with the season prior to yesterday. As for yesterday, another classic example of going to the mountain top (albeit in Madrid) and then plummeting the depths of the bogy, windy, damp North-West of England. Inept and tepid in the first half; more aggressive but misdirected in the second. I suppose it was somewhat predictable; inevitable even. Given the results thus far and history being a pretty fair indicator of the future we should have seen it coming. And we should also be able to see how the rest of the season plays out. And remember as distressed...

Blackburn 1 - 0 Arsenal
Arsenal look good early, then revert back to the crap we’re growing all too familiar with, as an early Pederson goal is enough to give Blackburn all three points. It also sees Rovers leapfrog us on the table.

Okay some of you got upset by my comment about if you weren’t there, you don’t count. It was aimed at all the Arsenal we’ve travelled with over the years. Unfortunately you did have to be there to understand the comment.
It is an amazing feeling to travel that distance on the off chance of getting a ticket and finding yourself in the same position as old faces from 20-odd years ago. Singing your nuts off amongst the enemy.
One thnig I forgot to mention was that having travelled that far and paid well over the top for a ticket, I missed the goal as I was queuing...

Hey ArseAmers, I’ve got a favor to ask. And don’t worry, it doesn’t have to do with me dropping trou.
My band surroundedbyidiots, along with 20 other bands, has a shot at a huge show at the House of Blues in Atlantic City. Thing is, we need votes to get into the Final Eight, who will be battling it out for prizes and a slot opening for a big band.
Many of the other bands aren’t even from the area, and some are trying to sandbag the competition...

After such a brilliant display in Spain, the match at Blackburn could very well spoil the buzz. Rovers can be so easily forgotten as they have been mired in mediocrity for several years. Rovers now possess a consistant back four, a talented midfield and strikers with heart and an eye for goal. Steadily moving up the table, this match can see Rovers leaping ahead of the Gunners with a win.
Brad Friedl will always be a force between the posts but he has had some help from a backline who are playing with a consistency they have not had for two years. Neill, Gray, Nelson and Todd have had...

One of the key reasons resulting in Madrid’s defeat at the hands of Arsenal, in my opinion, was their static attacking line. Each one of their attacking players was playing by himself. When one player having the ball, the rest of his teammates standing still ball watching.
People often describe Arsenal as a great passing team. Yet no team can pass the ball effectively without good MOVEMENT (off the ball). Perhaps Wenger could use Real Madrid’s example as a lesson for us to learn.
