Hey ArseAmers, I’ve got a favor to ask. And don’t worry, it doesn’t have to do with me dropping trou. 
My band surroundedbyidiots, along with 20 other bands, has a shot at a huge show at the House of Blues in Atlantic City. Thing is, we need votes to get into the Final Eight, who will be battling it out for prizes and a slot opening for a big band.
Many of the other bands aren’t even from the area, and some are trying to sandbag the competition coming in from NYC, Philly, and probably Delaware. Think of them as the Chelsea’s, Madrid’s, and Barca’s of our local music scene.

Here’s what’s in it for you! If we make the final 8, I’m going to wear something Arsenal on stage. There should be pics taken for several papers so by voting you’ve just helped the club’s marketing department break in even more in The States. Wouldn’t that make you feel great!

Thanks to admins for posting this. I was hoping it wouldn’t be seen as in poor taste. You guys rock!
Btw, if and when you vote, a little pop up gives the results. If you notice, our band isn’t represented. I’ve been informed by the powers that be that the votes are being counted and they’re having server problems.

Yeah, Octane are ringers. They’re from Philly which isn’t close to being local, and they even get occasional radio play. They know a LOT of people. All I want is to make the show. After that, judges will decided who gets the ribbons, and then it’s up to the individual bands to deliver.

In all seriousness, we will need shirts for the Chicago gathering. Red for the ManUreSA guys and yellow for us. Something with our logos where the badges would go, the name & date of the event where the sponsor would be, and “Arsenal America”/”ManUSA” where the player names would go. Probably make about 20 for each club. I’ll have Matt Hornberger get in touch with you.

I actually do NOT have a Juventus shirt.
Pre-Vieira at Juve, I liked Roma a bit…
(thats where my family is from, Southern Italy!)
I don’t like the Juve shirts, they look like referees!
But hey… I can still get an Arsenal shirt with #4 on the back with the name GOD!

That pic…sheeesh. It was taken for a CD cover where all of our faces are obscured and stretched. The paper asked for one and it was all we had at the last minute. But they didn’t tell me they were going to post it on the site. I should have known better.

you’ve got my vote, scotty. several of my friends back home (rochester ny) are in bands and i always support the local music scene. good luck, you’ve got some stiff competition!
