Arguably the world’s most famous Gooner, Nick Hornby will be touring the United States this month starting with a stop in New York on Tuesday in support of his newest book, Slam.

The author of such modern-day classics as High Fidelity, About A Boy, and of course the Gooner manifesto, Fever Pitch, will be hitting several cities across the US, so there will be several opportunities to go out and support a fellow Arsenal supporter. For tour dates and locations, click here.

I have some news regarding another change to the Arsenal America board. David Connick has stepped down as treasurer. In his place, Nick Kosiek of Philadelphia will be assuming the role. Nick is a charter member of Arsenal America, and it was agreed by the rest of the board that he would be a good fit. You’ll remember that this is the second change to take place this past year after Brad Hudson resigned as secretary. David Przyblinski of Kansas City was nominated and accepted the role.
