Messi wants to play for Wenger

It’s the international break, all quiet on the EPL front. With not much to talk about from the media except to sharpen their pencils waiting for England to fall, the press decided to stir up the league leaders a bit just to kill some time.

So here you go, as I logged on to cyberspace today, the headlines which caught my eyes were “Fabregas Open to Barca Move”, “Arsenal’s Cesc would love Barcelona offer”.

As I looked into it further, I found that the whole thing was once again generated by the famous (or rather infamous) Spanish press Marca, again.

Perhaps Arsenal should consider publishing a newspaper of their own, “Arsenal Daily”, or “Gunners Mirror” something like that.   That way, they could print stories like “Ronaldinho for the Gunners”, or “Messi wants to play for Wenger” whenever they felt bored.

By the way, if you were drawn to read this post by the headline, and now feel that it’s completely irrelevant to the content, my answer to you is – EXACTLY!

See, we all know how the media works!
