As it is the time of year where people tend to reflect on the many reasons they have to be thankful, here’s a few things (in no particular order), Arsenal supporters can count their blessings for:
Being top of the table
The best manager in all the world, Arsene Wenger
Cesc Fabregas
Arsenal America, the single most valuable resource for American Arsenal supporters
Bacary Sagna, Gael Clichy, Mathieu Flamini, Alexander Hleb, Robin van Persie, and the rest of the Arsenal players, coaches, and staff.
For me personally, I’d add to that list; the many Gooners all over the world that I’ve met, the great Bay Area Arsenal supporters who show up for match viewings, and of course, being married to an equally fervent Arsenal supporter.
I’m sure you lot can expound on this list!

Denis Bergkamp, Liam Brady, Tony Adams, Patrick Vieira, Robert Pires, Thierry Henry, Ray Parlour, Michael Thomas, Marc Overmars, David Rocastle, the off-the-top-of-my-head top ten favourite ex-player reasons to be thankful to be a Gooner!
Someone else can do the top ten occasions - Anfield 1989, winning the League at Old Trafford etc.

Don’t forget Perry Groves, Oleg “The Horse” Luzhny, Alan Smith, Charlie Nicholas and Anders Limpar!

No preview posted yet. Having read the injury news on Arsenal.com (Van Persie, Flamini, Diaby, Hleb injured, Fabregas suspended and Gilberto late back), the team is nearly picking itself:
Almunia
Sagna-Toure-Gallas-Clichy
Walcott-Denilson-Diarra-Rosicky
Eduardo-Adebayor
Subs: Lehmann-Eboue-Bendtner-Gilberto-Senderos/Song
The only question is Eboue for Walcott or Eduardo (with Walcott up front in the latter case). I am confident such a team (or either of the permutations) can do the job at home to Wigan.

I wanna thank Rick, Andrew, MikeK alike for creating such an excellent forum here at ArsenalAmerica. We don’t have hundred, thousand’s members chatting over here like some other boards, but we do have a small community of regulars who talk to each other on a daily basic, and know each other (’s view) pretty well over the years.
AA is quite unique indeed.

Look at Rafa. He is reportedly interested in being England coach because his owners are not assuring him vast sums of transfer money in Jan.
Another reason to be thankful to be an Arsenal supporter.

Thankful indeed, to be a Arsenal supporter. The Arsenal fan diaspora may lack the sheer numbers and bloody-mindedness of ManU + Liverpool support over here, but I chose Arsenal and have never once regretted it. Cheers to everyone who makes the club great + decent.

As for tomorrow’s game, watch out for Jason Koumas. This guy has the ability to be anything he wants to be. If he fancies it tomorrow, with the slack Denilson in the side, he could puncture our wheels at anytime.
