What a good start to my weekend. I knew the Manu v. Wolves game was on at 7:30 am, and I was like why should I break my sleep to watch Manu hit four past them?

So I woke up at 8:30 and with nothing better to do switched on the TV.

Nil-Nil. Then I remembered Manu. had a hard time with the Wolves the last time. Were the planets in alignment?

Needless to say the game ended with a Manu. loss. Bottom beats Top. Upsets don?t come much bigger than this!!.

I was hopeful when they won that poisoned chalice – premiership team/manager/player of the month. Manure has since dropped five points in two games with three against the bottom team. The curse at work again?

Reported in all papers that Fergie is to be investigated about financial wrong-doings over the signing of Tim Howard.

It’s not a good time for Fergie. He is taking ManUre’s largest shareholder to court over a racehorse and his son, who acts as a players agent is also to be investigated.

Also, a point of some interest, the last team to score a penalty at Old Trafford was Norwich City in 1993!

Yeah sure, it may be a bit early, but this party’s starting right in welcoming Leeds to Division 1 football, where they frankly belonged LAST year, but were it not for a lucky win at OUR expense…
