I am going to be in State College,PA on 11/12 when Arsenal play Liverpool. I was wondering if a fellow gooner could help with some advice on where to watch the match at.

I'm waffling between watching the Arsenal-ManUre match with the missus in the comfort of my living room or going to Mad Dog in The Fog to watch it with a crowd. Any other Gooners in SF going to be there?

While I’m sure that many people watch at home, or perhaps at a friends, what I’m asking is, “When you go to a pub/bar to watch a match, where do you go?”

I’d like to get a master list going on ArsenalAmerica.com in time for the revamp which should be completed soon. (Andrew’s a REALLY busy guy these days.)

I’ll start:

Philadelphia, PA:

Dark Horse Pub

Wilmington, DE:

Catherine Rooney’s

I will be away in Princeton, NJ for opening weekend. Our match @ the Grove v. Villa is slated to be a PPV match on 10 AM EST Saturday. Are there any locales in Princeton, NJ or nearby which show matches? Thanks. Steve

Hey all:

I have been lucky in finding other football fans, but all root for Liverpool, Chelsea, or (horribly) the Spurs. I am looking for Gunner fans in the Indianapolis area to match the 06/07 season with.

The opportunities for watching matches are numerous in Indy - Fox and Hound is decent, the Brugge is willing to show games, and I have almost convinced the owner of Radio Radio to open up for Premiership matches. Plus, I have the pay-per-view package and am willing to open up my home in case of exhausted options.

Regardless, if you wanna watch some matches with other...

Hey all…
I’m on vacation in Arizona and I’m looking for a place to watch the Juve match next Tuesday in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.

I’ve been doing a bit of googling and I found the George & Dragon. Have any of you ever been there?

Are there any fellow Gooners out here in the desert?

Cheers!
Lawrence

I will be on business in Manhattan Jan 9-11, Monday and Tuesday night. I believe that the first leg of the semi-final vs. Wigan is on the 10th. Can any of you lot tell me what pub has the match, who is carrying it (Setanta? whatever?).

I have been to a couple there three weeks ago or so, and know there is a fair chance…

Hope this gets posted by the powers that be, and make it a place with a good pint of bitter eh?

:-)

Hi there,

I’m an Arsenal season ticket holder from London but will be in Seattle later this month so will miss the away games to FC Thun and Wigan as well as the home match against Blackburn.

Does anyone know of any decent bars in Seattle where I could catch these games? I’m aware that the time difference might make this a little difficult, but if there are any all night places that show English football I’d be very grateful if somebody could point me in the right direction.

Email: markmacdonald73 AT hotmail DOT com

Many thanks……

I’m a loyal Gooner that frequents a pub called Scallywags in downtown Toronto. Other than last year’s FA Cup Final, I hardly ever see any Gooners at Scallywags, which is one of Tononto’s most popular soccer pubs. While watching the Spurs game on Saturday, I realized I was the only Arsenal fan is a sea of those ugly white jerseys. What made it worse was that they had a lot more to cheer about for 76 minutes of the game! Am I missing something, or is there some other pub where other Toronto Gooners gather? It’s either that, or I’ll be left alone with the Canandian...
