    Drew, I requested tickets and then cancelled the request 2 days later. Do you refund the deposits? The only mention I see about refunds in the FAQ is concerning failure to pay:
    “If you make a ticket request and do not pay for the tickets, you will not be allowed to make ticket requests again through Arsenal America. Additionally, your deposit will not be refunded.”

    Yes, paypal issues refunds on canceled orders within 3-5 business days. Will you send me an email at webadmin@arsenalamerica.com with your account info (name, email address, order number) so I can check to make sure the refund process is working properly?

    I would like some additional clarification. How far in advance would you be notified of getting tickets? This is key to be able to make reasonable travel plans from the U.S.

    Unfortunately, this is on a game-by-game basis. The club notifies us of how many tickets we are allocated for the game, but there is no set schedule to when that information comes. tickets@aresnalamerica.com might have more insight.

    Hello,
    I’m a member in the Chicago area. I purchased two tickets to the game in LA on July 31. Unfortunately, now I’m unable to travel to CA for the game. Is there a member who would like the tickets?

    I requested a ticket for the north London derby and I just got approved for a ticket. The notice told me to pay the rest by clicking the confirm button in the tickets requests section. The problem is that everytime I click to confirm, an error appears. What should I do? Is there another way to pay u guys? Thanks for your cooperation.

    Reviewing your order, you may not request two tickets to the same match using the same email Arsenal America Membership email address. Please email us to resolve this webadmin@aresnalamerica.com

    I have tried to email a question to webadmin@aresnalamerica.com a couple of times and I recieve a failure stating that the host is unkown. Is anyone else having issues getting in contact?

    Update: I was using the email address from the last post and just noticed the spelling error. Corrected it and the email went through without issue.
