Firstly: Tickets can only be requested by current dues-paying members of Arsenal America, and there is a 1 ticket : 1 membership requirement. This requirement of a membership for each ticket request is a requirement of Arsenal for all supporter clubs, so there must be an associated membership for each. We’re not a ticket seller, we’re a supporter club whose dues-paying members have access to tickets specially set aside for supporter clubs. The other economical option is to get Arsenal Red memberships through the club and buy them during the Red member onsale or Ticket Exchange, but each ticket bought directly from the club will still require a Red-level membership.
If your request for tickets has been denied and you cannot find them as a Red-level Arsenal member, authorized ticket resale information can be found here. Unauthorized resellers like StubHub are illegal in the UK and should not be used to purchase tickets as you could be refused entry to the stadium, be ejected, charged fines, or even be arrested. Arsenal America and Arsenal FC are not liable for any monies lost in such circumstances.
The ticket request process is extremely different from buying tickets to sporting events in the US. While you may be of the opinion that it’s not ideal, it is what we have to work with. We cannot tell you of the probability or chances of ticket requests, as we will not know until the club give us what they can. We cannot help with securing match tickets within the 10 week request window (exceptions would be tournament matches like Champions League, FA Cup, etc, which are announced as we advance, and have short request windows). We don’t get tickets for away games. Ever. Please don’t ask.
Don’t request a ticket if you don’t 100% intend to attend the game. We see many cases where people request and then bail after their request is approved. This involves a lot of time and work to re-home that ticket and it’s generally avoidable.
Please don’t pester us with questions about ticket request status. No one knows yet when we’ll know who is approved for the first couple of games since they’ll fall within the 10 week window. If you request tickets at any point throughout the season, you will receive an email one way or another for each game as soon as we get word
Manage your expectations. Our allocation comes from a group of 350 total supporter tickets spanning the whole world. We on average receive a maximum of 30 so please don’t ask for / expect your huge bachelor/bachelorette party group will be approved
The process is the process and we’re not deviating from it. We’re aware that the London games (mainly NLD) will magically also happen to be on many peoples birthdays, partners visiting London, etc. Happy birthday in advance, but we can’t accommodate special requests.
The prices may fluctuate, but probably not. You’ll pay a $40 deposit for each ticket and the remainder if your request is approved. Once ticket prices are locked in, we’ll add/update on the Tickets FAQ portion below.
Requesting multiple tickets in the same request is easy. Use the checkbox on checkout to add additional member email addresses.
- All tickets procured via Arsenal America are subject to Arsenal FC’s ticket policies. This may go without saying, but we’re saying it anyway.
- Everyone entering Emirates Stadium requires a ticket, even babies and infants. This is a requirement of Arsenal FC.
Games You Can Request – We accept ticket requests for HOME MATCHES ONLY. Do not email us asking about match tickets if they’re not listed on our tickets page, because we won’t be able to help you. Ticket requests open within hours of the schedule being released each season. For 2018/2019, ticket requests will open on June 14th.
Away Tickets – Can’t I get away tickets through a supporter club?
The short answer is no.
The longer answer is that away tickets are generally quite scarce. Season ticket holders and Platinum (read: club-level) members with the away scheme 99% of the time snap up all the away tickets when they become available because they’re awarded credits for away games. These credits can then then be used as a sort of status level for being able to get tickets for cup finals and other pivotal matches. Arsenal’s away ticket policy states the following in regards to these types of members transferring away tickets:
In the event that you are unable to use any Away Match Ticket then you may transfer that Away Match Ticket(s) to a natural person who is known to you personally and who would be entitled (under the Terms and Conditions of Entry and otherwise, and further, in accordance with such eligibility criteria for each Away Match as determined in the sole discretion of the Club) to purchase such Away Match Ticket and attend such Away Match PROVIDED THAT:
- (A) such transfer takes place in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess of the face value of the Away Match Ticket;
- (B) such transfer does not take place in the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party’s business;
- (C) such transfer will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Entry which will (save for any rights to transfer under this paragraph or any rights to a refund under paragraph 4.2) apply to the transferee as if he/she were the original purchaser of the Away Match Ticket (and you must inform the transferee of this); and
- (D) you will provide the name and address of the transferee when asked to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club, the Hosting Club or any police officer
We highly recommend not using 3rd party services like StubHub as these resellers are offering tickets for above face value which is highly illegal in the UK. Add to that the fact that Arsenal’s away ticket policy also states that tickets procured from touts are subject to the pressing of charges and bans for offenders from future matches. it’s just not worth it.
All that to say it’s possible you may be able to find tickets to away games via the opposition club’s website (often they have their own membership scheme or will at least require registering). And occasionally some clubs have a “neutral zone” where pretty much anyone can get tickets. If you try to go that route, a word of advice: Wear neutral colors to the match and do not let on that you’re Arsenal fans. At all. Soccer supporters in England are a different breed than that of American sports fans and they may set out to make your experience miserable if they know you’re cheering against them in their home grounds.
Ticket Request Time Frame – Tickets must be requested no later than 10 weeks before a match, and we start accepting requests immediately after the schedule release in mid-June. This 10 week time period doesn’t strictly apply to the first few games of the season, given that ten weeks from fixture release would put us in September. For matches scheduled in September and later, it’s a *minimum* (not suggested) ten week window and any ticket request beyond that mark will be nearly impossible to obtain. We take ticket requests for all home matches (EPL, Europa League, FA Cup, and League Cup).
Ticket Allocation – Tickets are granted on a first come first serve basis. We highly recommend planning 3-4 months in advance, as you would have a higher priority with a 4 month request than someone with a 4 week request. If you are not selected for tickets, you will receive an email notifying you as such. We cannot guarantee the physical location of the seats in the stadium, as the club does not tell us where our members will be sitting. Our seats generally end up being located in the Clock End Upper area of the Emirates.
Ticket Request – You must log into your Arsenal America account under the ticket request option and request tickets through the Ticketing Page. You will pay a $40 deposit per ticket requested. We will notify you that we have received your request via e-mail. You will be notified about 6-8 weeks before the game that you have been selected/denied for the tickets. If you are requesting more than 1 ticket, please have each valid Arsenal America members’ email addresses ready at checkout, as you will need to enter them before checking out. If the tickets are requested in this manner, your tickets are guaranteed to be together if chosen.
If you are selected for a ticket, you are responsible for payment. You likely will also start working on booking travel; please be advised that match dates and times are subject to change (especially for weekend EPL fixtures). Sky TV may yet need to select which matches will be televised in the UK for the weekend you’re attending. This could result in the match date moving from its current day and time to anywhere from Friday to Monday on the same weekend. Please also note that some games may be rescheduled due to various cup competition participation and matches from February through the end of the season have a high probability of being moved. As a general rule of thumb, if you’re traveling for a weekend game and plan to book flights shortly after your request is approved, it’s recommended to arrive in London no later than Thursday and depart no earlier than Tuesday.
Payment – Once you have received your confirmation e-mail from Arsenal America regarding your ticket(s), you will need to pay the remaining balance within 48 hours of receipt of the e-mail. Your $40 deposit will go towards your ticket purchase total. Please note, these fees are an approximation, and are subject to exchange rate and change as noted by the club.

- 2.9% of total + $0.30 for PayPal fees

Once Arsenal issues the tickets, you will be contacted regarding the full price of the ticket. The initial charges are potential costs, and can fluctuate depending upon the seats allocated for the match. If there is a dollar amount owed to Arsenal America, you will be contacted and required to make payment 2 weeks before the match.
If you are not approved for a ticket, your request will be denied, and your deposit will be refunded back to you. If your request is denied, you could try purchasing an Arsenal Red Membership , and trying along with the rest of their membership at the same time. That would mean waking up in the middle of the night for us here in the states in order to be online at the right time. We get our tickets before Red Members, so ideally you’d want to try and request with us first. Other than that, there are no other suggestions for match tickets that we will be able to provide you. There are no re-selling sites like StubHub that tickets can be purchased.
If you make a ticket request and do not pay for the tickets, you may not be allowed to make ticket requests again through Arsenal America. Additionally, your deposit and fees will not be refunded.
Ticket Pick Up – This is the easy part. Once you have paid your ticket invoice, you will be sent pickup instructions and a map on the location of where to pick up your tickets. You must bring a proper photo ID (passport or driving license). This is Arsenal FC policy, and they are firm on this. PLEASE NOTE: You must have a valid ID in order to pick up your tickets!
Note: Arsenal America’s ticket pickup process changed early 2019. Members receiving tickets must follow the instructions in their confirmation email to pick up tickets at the Arsenal Football Supporters Clubhouse at the corner of Gillespie Road and St. Thomas’ Road, NOT the ticket collection office or box office at Emirates Stadium. Members attempting to collect tickets at the stadium will be directed instead to the Supporters Clubhouse.
Ticket Policy and Terms of Service – Last but certainly not least, tickets purchased through Arsenal America are 100% non-transferable. Under NO circumstances may a member re-sell, or even give away their ticket to anyone else at all. Doing so is considered ILLEGAL by law of England and Wales under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice Act.
Any member found guilty of re-selling, attempting to re-sell, or giving tickets away will be 100% BANNED from Arsenal America for life. We take the law extremely seriously, and will always adhere and abide by it’s rules and regulations. By accepting an Arsenal America ticket, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service.
Match Day Schedule – Matches are subject to change. If the match is scheduled on a Saturday, it can easily be moved to a Friday, Sunday, or Monday. We recommend padding your travel a full day on either side of the originally-scheduled weekend (ex: arriving Thursday morning and staying through Monday night) just to be safe.
Arsenal America have no control over the movements of fixtures. If a match is moved for television purposes (Saturday match to a Friday, Sunday, or Monday), we cannot refund your ticket price. By requesting a ticket, you as the member agree to this.
If a match date is moved due to advancement in a tournament (ex: match moved from March to May because of advancement in Champions League), you will keep your ticket if you are able to change your travel plans. If not, we can certainly refund your ticket.
This might seem like a long list of requirements for ticket requests. We will do our very best to put couples/families/friends together at matches. We cannot guarantee anything, as we are at the mercy of Arsenal. These requirements have been put in place to protect our members, and to ensure that everyone has a great experience from ticket request to match day.
